Rental Policies

Apple Blossom is a two bedroom with a king bed downstairs, queen bed upstairs. It also has a large bath downstairs with a jacuzzi tub and a two person shower and double sinks. The upstairs has a personal bath for the bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a propane gas fireplace with the cabin decorated very nicely.

Sevierville, East Tennessee (Close to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg)

Cabin; 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (Sleeps 5)

Features:

· 2 story - 1600 sq. ft.

· Living Room - Sofa, recliner, TV, DVD player and gas fireplace.

· Kitchen - Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher and table for 4.

· Bedroom - King Bed.

· Bathroom - Double sink, toilet, walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.

· Bedroom (Upper Level) - Queen Bed.

· Bathroom (Upper Level) - Pedestal sink, toilet and shower.

· Loft (Upper Level) - Sofa with pullout twin bed.

· Porch - 2 rockers, swing, gas grill and hot tub with Mountain View.

Rate Details:

Winter Rate (November - May):	$105 / per night, for 2 guests

In Season (June - October):	$115 / per night, for 2 guests

Holidays:	$115 / per night, for 2 guests

$15 each additional person per night. $50 cleaning fee.

Note: One night deposit on a two night stay, balance is paid upon arrival. A stay longer than two nights require a two night deposit with the balance being paid upon arrival.
